Student Enrollment
Early Bird preschool applications are live for the 2025-26 school year! If your child will be 3 or 4 by September 1, 2025, you can apply today online at ChicagoEarlyLearning.org

Stevenson Elementary School is a diverse school with dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Students who live within the attendance boundary are eligible to enroll. The attendance boundaries can be found Here
The parent, legal guardian, or temporary custodian of any elementary age child enrolling in a Chicago public school is required to submit proof of age and required medical records to the school. To see what is needed use the Elementary School Registration Checklist
Home Language Survey- Complete this Home Language Survey at the student’s initial enrollment in a Chicago Public School.
Emergency Form- Occasionally children become ill when they are in school or have an accident. The school must have on file information that can be used to contact you.
